When you awake on Friday... well, you might need a shower, depending on how many blankets you were under. The heat turned back on sometime in the night. Looks like you won't need to keep huddling for warmth, on the plus side! Maybe there was a backup system that the Interim Headmistress didn't know about, or Isabella turned against her and put it back on, or...

... That's all very optimistic, isn't it? You won't find anything terribly off immediately upon leaving your rooms, but... there's a chill that runs down your spines even so. Some part of you knows it, or fears it at the least: someone is dead.

Time to find out who.

She heads through the library—the same path she might always take on her way to the conservatory. ]

She heads to the conservatory, both because it’s a place of great meaning, and to look out the big windows and check on the storm. ]

[ well. after the corpse has actually been found, and the intercom announcement comes through, she takes a few minutes to try to get herself under control. doloris presses the heels of her palms against her eyes and draws in deep, desperate breaths, before heading back down to the lounge and starting to examine things in more detail.
