Whatever it may be, though, your memory seems to be in order. As far as you can remember, there's nothing you've forgotten, and either way, the morning is here. There comes a time when you have to leave your bed and face the day, you know?

[ Kohaku isn't there—but, on any other morning, that wouldn't seem particularly odd. It's customary for her to arise particularly early. Any worry Doloris feels will be assuaged soon enough when she finds her already in the conservatory. ]
